Scientific background

Zinc, Selenium and Moringa have been studied for years on oxidative stress. Here is what the studies report, with their limits:

Zinc — the 1998 review summarises the role of zinc in the body's defences and antioxidant systems [1].
Selenium — the 2017 review describes selenoproteins, the antioxidant enzymes that depend on selenium [2].
Moringa — the 2015 reviews collect the composition of the leaf and the polyphenols that characterise it [3][4].
