HOW TO USE IT, DAY BY DAY

☀️ Morning: 1 Zinc + Moringa tablet and 1 Selenium + Moringa tablet, with a glass of water.
🍽️ With meals: 3 organic Moringa capsules over the day, before meals.
🌙 Lunch and dinner: 1 Immune Defences capsule (Acerola, Zinc and Moringa) per meal, for 1 month; then continue with Zinc, Selenium and Moringa.
💧 Drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day. Supplement for adults: total Zinc up to 23 mg a day in the first month, within the Italian limit of 25 mg.
