Bromelain, Red vine, Bilberry and Orthosiphon have studies and reviews behind them. We tell them for what they are:

Bromelain — the 2012 review describes the properties of the pineapple stem enzyme and the studies on oedema and tissues [1]; a 2019 meta-analysis evaluated its use on swelling and pain after oral surgery [2].
Red vine — the 2011 randomised study on 248 patients with chronic venous insufficiency evaluated 360-720 mg a day of red vine leaf extract for 12 weeks on leg volume [3].
Bilberry — the 2004 review collects the studies on bilberry anthocyanins and microcirculation [4].
Orthosiphon — the 2012 study describes the traditional diuretic properties of Orthosiphon stamineus and the available experimental data [5].

Moringlow drenante liquido

Come utente del programma Vine di Amazon ho avuto la possibilità di poter testare gratuitamente questo drenante liquido da diluire in acqua e mi ritengo soddisfatta. È un diuretico naturale a base di moringa BIO e 11 erbe drenanti: tarassaco, ananas, the verde, ribes e orthosiphon, dal sapore accettabile. È pensato per favorire il drenaggio dei liquidi, contrastare la ritenzione idrica e sostenere la depurazione del fegato, ridurre il gonfiore, alleggerire le gambe. Personalmente lo sto utilizzando da qualche settimana e devo dire che aiuta a drenare e a ridurre il gonfiore delle gambe, ovviamente non fa miracoli e la sua azione è legata alle caratteristiche del proprio organismo, al tipo di alimentazione che si assume e alla costanza del suo utilizzo. L'assunzione è di 20 ml al giorno diluiti in circa 1 litro d’acqua da bere durante la giornata. È pratico da dosare ma avrei preferito che nella confezione fosse compreso un dosatore. La formulazione Made in Italy è un aspetto che prediligo.

How do I take Moringlow in the treatment?

Moringlow is drunk diluted: 8 ml in 1 litre of water, sipped over the day. It's designed exactly like that, because drainage works if you drink: the litre of Moringlow is already half the recommended daily water. A 500 ml bottle lasts 2 months. It contains Green tea: follow the warnings on the label.

Can Moringlow cause bloating?

No, the opposite: Pineapple and Orthosiphon support the drainage of body fluids and Dandelion the purifying and digestive functions. It has no sweeteners (no stevia or sucralose), which in some people can cause intestinal discomfort. If you have a specific sensitivity to one of the ingredients, talk to your doctor.

Do I need a special diet while using the drainer?

No special diet is needed, but consistency is: at least 2 litres of water a day, little salt, vegetables at every meal and a 20-minute walk. Supplements accompany, they don't replace: heavy legs and retention depend a lot on how much you move and drink.

Can I combine it with other supplements?
