What is the difference between Black and Yellow Maca, and why does INCA FORCE contain both?

Black Maca (Lepidium meyenii var. nigrum) and Yellow Maca (var. flavum) have distinct phytochemical profiles. Black Maca is richer in benzyl glucosinolate, associated with male
vitality and reproductive function; Yellow Maca has the most complete amino acid profile and is traditionally used for general energy and hormonal balance in both men and women. Combining both in one formula means acting on both dimensions without compromise. INCA FORCE is the only supplement offering both varieties at 100:1 extract.

What does '100:1 extract' mean and why is it more effective than maca powder?

A 100:1 extract means 100g of fresh root is required to produce 1g of concentrated dry extract.
