Collagen, Hyaluronic acid and Vitamin C have been studied on the skin for years. Here is what the studies report:

Collagen — the 2016 randomised study evaluated collagen peptides for 8 weeks on facial skin hydration and elasticity [1]; the 2021 review collects the studies on oral collagen and skin ageing [2].
Vitamin C — the 2017 review describes the role of Vitamin C in collagen synthesis and skin protection [3].

How do I use the Summer Kit In & Out?

Morning: 2 Skin capsules at breakfast; Serum on clean skin and then Face Cream. Evening: Two-phase Make-up Remover as the first step, then Serum and Cream. The supplement lasts 1 month, the cosmetics 1-2 months; the recommended cycle is 3 months. Supplement for adults.

What does “In & Out” mean?

“In & Out” means inside and outside: the skin is nourished from the inside, with the collagen and hyaluronic acid of the Skin supplement, and cared for from the outside, with make-up remover, serum and cream. Creams alone work on the surface layers; the supplement brings nutrients where creams don't reach. Together they make a complete routine.

How long until I see results?

The filler serum has a plumping effect visible from the first application; you feel cream and make-up remover on your skin right away. Collagen from the inside works more slowly: in studies it was evaluated for 8 weeks. Give the kit at least two months, using it every day, morning and evening.
